A profound shift is occurring in the ever-evolving leadership landscape — a blossoming of what I have termed “The New Feminine Paradigm of Leadership.” This transformative approach embodies the timeless wisdom associated with femininity, blending it with the demands and intricacies of the contemporary world. As I see it and I know I am not alone, the old ways are no longer working, and as we all witness the old ways crumble beneath us, it is time that we all birth in a new way of leading, and we are, which is very hopeful. It is time to redefine leadership so we can find new and more effective ways. To me, leadership begins with being able to lead oneself and then help others. A true leader is like a lighthouse, helping others navigate through a challenging and, at times, dark and stormy world with love, kindness, and care being foundational.

As we awaken Planetary Consciousness, we all understand the importance of Mother Earth and our connection to her. The pandemic woke us all up to the fact that all beings and all things are interconnected, and each of us is a microcosm of the macrocosm. We are not separate from the Universal principles that govern us all. It took a global pandemic to wake us all up, and now that we are awake, it is time to learn the tools to navigate our lives successfully so that we can survive and thrive.

As above, so below. This synthesis offers a refreshing departure from traditional models and a spiritual reawakening that is shaping how we live on and with Planet Earth, the way we care for ourselves and the planet, which has affected how we lead and thrive in the 21st century.

How can we let go of perfection and allow things to be messy?

I know my message was found when I faced my own mess. It was through the process of awakening and being aware of my own mess and personal healing journey that I could step into my ability to lead with love and personal empowerment.

When the storm comes, as a New Feminine Paradigm leader, we know this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and deepen into our leadership superpowers. Growth only happens when we are in summer.
