Awaken the Leader Within with an Em {POWER}ed Vision of Equality

Women worldwide are awakening, and we are RISING by claiming all of who we are authentically! Collectively, we are activating the Divine Feminine Power within, and this movement can be felt in our hearts, our souls, and our bones.
For too long, patriarchal structures have shamed, blamed, abused, framed, and commodified women. Many have internalised the illusion that their emotions — especially anger, rage, and sensuality — are dangerous, sinful, or something to suppress. Women have been conditioned to fear their own power, intuition, and sexuality. If we embrace them, we have been labelled as manipulative, deceptive, witches, sluts, whores, feral, or even crazy.
The truth is, women of wisdom have always known that they are powerful; however, many have been persecuted for it. This deep, ancestral fear has kept many frozen, small, and hidden. However, the time for silence is over. Women are hearing the call — to step out of the shadows, channel their voices, and take empowered action.
Schamet Horsfield, transformational Empowerment Coach, spiritual teacher, author, speaker, spiritual teacher, and Sacred Divine Feminine Leader, is passionate about empowering women to transform their pain to power and their power to passionate purpose. Through her work, she is empowering women to reclaim their Divine Feminine leadership, embrace their full authenticity, and step into their feminine power. Horsfield’s message is clear: It is time to awaken our wild, sacred, Divine Feminine Power so we may live our most empowered and authentic lives — and bring this Em{POWER}ed Vision to the world.
This is more than a movement. It is a revolution of consciousness, a rebalancing of power, and a reclamation of wisdom.
Horsfield invites women everywhere to join the Sacred Divine Feminine Movement. Her upcoming New Feminine Paradigm Leadership Summit is a call to action for those who feel the stirrings of change within their souls. This summit will unite New Thought Leaders, healers, and changemakers who are ready to create a new world based on collaboration, empowerment and empowered sacred divine feminine leadership.
Schamet Horsfield wrote this speech inspired by her most admired leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and made a video to get her empowered vision and message out to the world. This leadership summit is also serving as a fundraiser for human trafficking. Schamet lives in New Zealand with her two teen age sons, her two fur babies, and has gone back to university to get her degree in psychology. Schamet is passionate about making a difference in this world!
I have an Empowered Vision of Equality by Schamet Horsfield
Let us unite and awaken the New Feminine Paradigm. Let empowered equality sing, let our voices rise, and let us reclaim our Sacred Divine Feminine Power — together, WE RISE.
I envision a world where women can keep rising up into their power and
Be Sacred
Be Divine.
Be Feminine.
I have an empowered vision of equality.
I am devoted to creating a world in which women everywhere on this planet are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
I envision a world where together; we can unite to create empowered equality. I write this in dedication and inspiration from one of the greatest leaders in history, Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. He was a beacon of hope, a visionary, and a force for change.
Though he ignited a powerful movement, the work for justice and equality is far from done. I see a reflection of his struggle in the ongoing fight for women’s rights. Many courageous women have stood up for justice, yet there is still so much more to do.
A passionate purpose is awakening within me — a fire that refuses to let us move backward. We live in a pivotal moment in time, and I feel it would be fatal for the world to overlook the urgency of honoring the Sacred Divine Feminine Power.
I have an empowered vision that, from the rolling green hills of New Zealand to the bustling cities of Europe, from the remote villages of the Middle East to the divided nation of the United States of America, that mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, daughters and sons will come together at the great table of humanity with a shared vision in the name of equality that humanity can unite.
We stand here today on the shoulders of the brave men and women who came before us, the pioneers, the visionaries, the fearless warriors of justice. Because of their courage, this is no longer a distant dream — it is an inspired vision. And we, too, must carry forth the torch of justice, for the work is not done. The journey is not complete.
Let us bow our heads in gratitude for the First Wave of Feminism, the mighty tide that rose in the Late 18th and Early 20th Centuries. These women stood against oppression and fought for legal rights, education, and the sacred right to vote!
Let us remember Mary Wollstonecraft, who cried out for women’s education and laid the foundation for equality. She wrote a vindication for the right of women! Let us honor Elizabeth Katie Stanton and Susan B. Anthony, who lit the fire of suffrage and refused to be silenced. Let us hear the voice of Sojourner Truth, who stood tall and declared, “Ain’t I A Woman?” and Emmeline Pankhurst, who led the suffragettes in a battle for the ballot.
And then, my sisters and brothers came the Second Wave. They fought not only for the right to work but for the right to thrive in the workplace. They tore down the walls of discrimination and shouted for reproductive rights and equal pay.
Simone de Beauvoir called out the oppression of women in society. Betty Friedan uncovered the silent despair of women confined by expectation. And with her mighty pen and voice, Gloria Steinem declared that a woman’s place is wherever she chooses to be!
Oh, but let us not forget the heroines of the civil rights movement! Rosa Parks who sat in defiance, taking a stand for her rights by not giving up her seat on the bus to a white man so that future generations could stand in dignity. And Claudette Colvin, who, at just fifteen years old, also refused to surrender her seat, laying the foundation for a movement!
They were the change agents!
They were the rebels!
They upset the apple carts and made the waves that created this movement!
Then came the Third Wave, bold and unapologetic. They dismantled the chains of traditional gender roles and declared that feminism is not just for some — it is for all! Rebecca Walker, Bell Hooks, and the Riot Girl movement took up the mantle and said, “We will not be ignored!”
And now, my sisters and brothers, we stand in the Fourth Wave! The age of #MeToo, of body positivity, of gender inclusivity! We raise our voices alongside Tarana Burke, who ignited a movement that could not be extinguished! We stand with Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, who reminds us that we should ALL be feminists! And we walk with Emma Watson, who calls on men to stand shoulder to shoulder with women in the fight for justice!
We have come a long way, my sisters. We have climbed the mountains. We have crossed the rivers of injustice. And we are rising up out of the ashes like a phoenix.
This is a reminder that we have come a long way — however we are not done! We are still rising.
I am not prepared to hang my hat up. I will not rest until every woman, every girl, every soul who walks this earth knows the sweet taste of respect, dignity, equality and feminine empowerment.
We will keep fighting! We will keep rising! We will keep marching until equality is not just a vision, but a living, breathing reality!
And on that glorious day, when we can stand together — women and men, black and white, young and old — we shall celebrate empowered equality, and this will be the sound of freedom.
For we will not only have dreamed, but we will also have achieved it.
And so, I say — let us go forward, hand in hand, with unshakable resolve.
Let us rise up and make this vision real.
For we are the daughters of the fire.
And we will not be burned again.
Instead, we will set the world ablaze with the light of justice!
I envision a world where women everywhere are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. From New Zealand to Europe, the Middle East to the United States, mothers, fathers, brothers, and daughters will sit together at the table of humanity and celebrate equality. I have an empowered vision that even in places where oppression is deeply rooted, transformation will unfold, and an oasis of freedom, justice, and equality will emerge for all women.
I see a future where my two teenage boys will grow up in a world where women are honored, respected, and treated as equals. I have a dream where little girls and women can walk down the street and no longer feel afraid of being raped, hurt, or attacked. I envision a world where women and girls can live their lives without fear of harm, where the violence, oppression, and control of women will be eradicated. When that day comes, we will hear the sound of freedom.
When little girls and women are no longer abused, controlled, and owned this will be the sound of empowered equality. Let Empowerment sing.
I deeply believe in a world where women can choose what they want to do with their own bodies. I believe in a world where women everywhere on this Sacred Earth can think for themselves, feel their emotions fairly, and be treated with respect. Every woman will have sovereignty over herself, her choices, and her voice. Strength, anger, and even righteous rage will no longer be met with dismissal, gaslighting, or punishment.
I deeply believe in a world where little girls can look forward to becoming empowered women with equal choice and equal rights to men. Let freedom ring. I have an empowered vision that women everywhere can feel safe, feel empowered, and feel good about being a woman.
I deeply believe in a world where women will make equal pay as their male colleagues do. I believe that women can rise up into positions of power by being women and not needing to look and act like men. I have a vision that women can wear their dresses and makeup, be feminine, and be treated with honor, dignity, and respect as men are. I have an empowered vision of equality and equal rights for women everywhere.
I am committed to creating a world where the Western women in the United States of America can rise up into the political power of the presidency without being shamed, blamed, dishonored, disrespected, and torn apart.
I envision a world where the shadows will be made light, the glory of the Goddess and God shall be revered, and all of humanity will celebrate the Sacred Divine Feminine Rising not as a threat but with honor, dignity, and respect. I hold a vision of collaboration, not competition. I have an empowered vision that women will support each other to rise up in sacred bonds of sisterhood. I am committed to the Awakening of the Sacred Divine Feminine Power.
WE are rising in sacred bonds of sisterhood and brotherhood.
I envision a world where women can rise into spiritual positions of power, where the priestess will be treated with as much respect as the priest, and where healers, oracles, and wisdom keepers will no longer be silenced or hidden in the shadows. I have an empowered vision where it is safe for the healers, the Priestesses, and the change makers who speak their truth and where little girls will know who the Goddess is.
I see a future where the word witch is no longer feared but honored as a Wise Woman that is In Total Control of Herself and she is respected for it. That the wisdom keepers, the priestesses, and the healers will step fully into their power, unafraid to be seen and heard.
I envision a world where little girls will grow up with the choice to be ordained as priestesses, that oracles will guide us like lighthouses, and that the Sacred Divine Feminine will rise from the shadows, celebrated for her wisdom and grace.
I deeply believe in a world where this planet, our sacred Mother Earth, will be honored and protected and her lands fertile, and her skies clear for generations to come. I have a dream that the rivers are clean, and the oceans are clean for the fish and our children to swim in. That humanity will rise in conscious awareness, treating this planet and each other with love and reverence so this planet may be fertile and abundant from generation to generation.
I believe in a world where it no longer matters if you are a man or a woman as we are all part of this Humanity that is built on the foundation of love, kindness, trust and empowered vision. I have a dream where we can each shine our light so bring and bask in that light of one another and instead of feeling the need to tear either other down we instead we celebrate each other in their light, their glory, and honour the light within us all.
I see a future where the Sacred Divine Feminine and the Sacred Divine Masculine will unite in balance, in harmony, in respect. That we will move from competition to collaboration, from oppression to equality, from fear to love.
I see a future where we shine our light brightly and celebrate each other rather than tear each other down. Where our differences become our strengths, and our unity becomes our power.
I deeply believe in a world where no matter our beliefs, our religions, our backgrounds, we can come together in love, peace, kindness, and equality.
And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.
Let Empowered Equality sing.
I deeply believe in a world where the United States of America will live up to its name and truly unite. That it will not matter what gender you are, what color your skin is, where you were born, or how much money you have. That all people will be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
Let Empowered Equality sing.
I am committed to creating a New Feminine Paradigm, one that is not hierarchical but circular. A paradigm where love, kindness, and equality are at the heart of leadership. A paradigm where men and women rise together, lead together, and create a world rooted in sacred balance.
Let Empowered Equality sing.
I am devoted to creating a world in which each of us will step into our Sacred Divine Feminine leadership and shine our light upon this world. No longer will gender determine worth, power, or voice; rather, we will be recognised as part of a greater humanity built upon love, wisdom, and unity.
Let Empowered Equality sing.
When women can speak their truth and be sovereign, that is the sound of freedom. When the sacred divine feminine is honored and celebrated, that is the sound of freedom. When little girls and little boys can play together as equals and grow into leaders who honor one another. When women and men can lead together.
That is the sound of freedom.
Join the New Feminine Paradigm Leadership Movement, and together, let’s sing the song of empowered equality…This will be the sound of freedom.
The time is now. The awakening is here. We are all leaders, and it starts with leading ourselves. Let us rise together.
I have a dream where we can each shine our light so bring and bask in that light of one another and instead of feeling the need to tear either other down we instead we celebrate each other in their light, their glory, and honour the light within us all.
I have a dream that no matter what our beliefs are, no matter what religion, and no matter if you are a man or a woman, we can enter into a relationship based on collaboration not competition.
Join us for the summit.

Join us in the movement!
In Gratitude and Empowered Equality for ALL!
