Hello, I’m so grateful you’re here—your presence shows your commitment to making this world a better place for yourself and for all of humanity. Well done, YOU!
My name is Schamet Horsfield, your visionary host for the leadership summit. In Hebrew, my name means “the candle that burns bright,” and my purpose has always been to bring that light into the world.
A little about me: from a young age, I felt a calling to help humanity evolve. I knew I had a mission, a purpose—to be here on earth for a powerful reason. Every day, I am dedicated to transformation, growth, and embodying the best version of myself. Lighthouses have always inspired me, as they shine steadily even in the darkest times, just as I aim to do.
I believe each of us has an inner leader, and that learning to lead ourselves is the first step toward changing the world. When we lead ourselves, we become lighthouses for others, guiding them toward their own light.
To create a new world, we must redefine our beliefs about power and leadership. I feel it’s part of my soul’s path and purpose to bring people together in transformative conversations that help shift these deeply ingrained beliefs.
It’s my honor and blessing to introduce you to some of the most aligned and visionary New Thought leaders at Awaken the Leader Within. Together, we will explore, ignite, and amplify the leader within each of us.
